COVID - 19 PRECAUTIONS
We kindly ask you to keep a 1,5 meter distance in the common space of An Chi and wash your hands upon arrival.
If you are currently diagnosed positive to Covid - 19 or have any of the following symptoms :
difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
fever
common cold
dry cough
lack of taste or smell
chest pain or pressure
We kindly ask you to not proceed to a new booking.
In case of a last minute sickness or a sign of the symptoms mentioned above , please cancel your appointment.
We will be measuring your temperature upon your arrival for your massage. For everyone’s safety we might have to cancel the massage in case the temperature indication is high.
We do not accept cash.
Face massages are currently not provided.
CANCELATION POLICY
Our therapist love what they do and our treatment is specialised and reserved just for you. We value our clients and ask kindly to respect your appointment booking and cancellation/reschedule policies.
We politely request a 2 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling .
In case you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 2 hours you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
In case you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
We acknowledge that time is valuable mutually to our clients and staff , therefore accepting and respecting our cancelation policy is essential to a smooth business. When appointments are late , cancelled or a No-show not only we lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled in your reservation time. In addition many times our staff works on an on-call basis and have comuted in just for you. It is only fair that they will be compensated for the time and for the business to recoup lost revenue.
LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us and minimise stress , please be on time!
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payments is due at time of service. We accept debit card and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
You can always purchase a gift certificate via our website which you receive in an email form. Please remind to your loved ones to show a printed version of the email to check out their gift certificate upon arrival at our salon.
Unfortunately we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. We would be happy to keep it on the side for you in case of leaving them behind however we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
