A Summer Journey with Rare Green & Yellow Teas

At An Chi, we open our tea space to welcome the founder of YIN CHA as the tea host for this Summer Tea Journey, limited to 8 tea seats, creating an intimate, calm, and personal setting.

This special summer edition is dedicated to rare Chinese green and yellow teas, with a focus on the delicate freshness of the 2026 first harvest.

Guests will taste six rare green and yellow teas, including handmade, rare, and very limited-edition teas, carefully curated by YIN CHA in small quantities. Each tea has been selected to reveal a different expression of origin, seasonality, terroir, and craftsmanship — from fresh spring clarity and soft floral notes to delicate umami, elegant sweetness, silky texture, and a long, lingering finish.

All teas will be brewed in the traditional Gong Fu Cha style, using classic vessels such as porcelain gaiwan and Yixing teapots. Alongside the tasting, you will enjoy a carefully arranged tea table with beautiful serving presentations, designed to bring out the quiet elegance of each tea and create a truly sensory experience.

Together, we will explore how subtle differences in craftsmanship shape aroma, taste, texture, mouthfeel, and aftertaste.
