Our booking policy

Please be acknowledged by the below booking policy, before booking your appointment:

— In case of late arrival, please note that a full payment is required as per the initial booking.

— Our Couples Treatment are provided in the same room by default. In case the couple room is not available we will contact you.

— Please note that it is best to have a massage after twelve weeks of pregnancy.

— In case of sickness or a sign of contagious sickness, please cancel your appointment.

A compensation fee will occur for cancellation within 3 hours, or no-show.

Late cancellation: 50% of the appointment service price

No show: 100% of the appointment service price

— In case of payment with a digital voucher or a gift card, please present it at the check out. Supplementary amount can be provided by cash or card. Our digital vouchers and gift cards has no expiration date.

Please keep in mind that the prices are a subject of change.

— You can always add your preference in the booking notes such as female / male / therapist name. In case there is no available therapist of your preference we will inform you as soon as we can.
